Hobby Night on April 20 from 6pm to 8pm in the Primary Center Cafeteria
Wirt County Schools is asking for parent participation in the WV Student Learning Environment Survey. Knowing how you feel about your child’s school is an extremely important part of improving schools. The survey is completely voluntary. Although we value your opinion and hope you will participate, you may choose not to, or to not answer any question on the survey you do not want to answer. Also, you are not asked to provide your name or any other identifying information.
Schools will be sending links and login information specific to the primary center, middle school, and high school. If you have children in more than one school, you're invited to complete the survey for each school. Please complete this survey by April 7th.
The Art to Remember Fundraising items are HERE! If you ordered from this fundraiser you can stop by and pick it up as soon as possible. Please do not park in the bus loop or in the wellness center parking spaces.
Popcorn is HERE! If your child participated in the popcorn fundraiser we have some great news, the popcorn is here! You can stop by the office as soon as possible to grab your orders. Just a friendly reminder, please do not park in the bus loop or in the wellness center parking spaces.
Reminder: March 24, 2023 is the last day to order a yearbook!
Send in a box of prepackaged snack cakes (like Little Debbie cakes) for the cake walk by March 30th to be entered into a drawing for an unlimited game play wristband for the carnival.
Tomorrow, your child will be receiving an application for Energy Express.
📣The information sheet on the front has listed “Williamstown or Martin Elementary schools”. We ARE having a site here in Wirt County at the Primary Center. This sheet was attached by Wood County Extension Office as they are helping us until we get an agent in county. 🙂
📣 Applications will be due April 3rd to Miss Griffey. These spots are first come, first served. A wait-list will be made if needed.
📣We can accept students leaving Kindergarten but not pre-K.
📣 If you know any college students or graduating seniors who will be 18, please encourage them to apply as mentors. They receive a scholarship, living allowance, and are able to build hours to later receive a tuition waiver for a WV public college!!
📣We will also be needing volunteers as well. This can include middle school or high school students.
Please feel free to reach out to Ms Griffey with any questions. 🙂
Spring Party Information: You will be receiving this information in your child's folder along with tickets.
Please be aware that due to new safety policy, we need the names a week ahead of time for those who are not parents or guardians.
