WCHS is focussing on giving back all December long! Student Council has organized two collection drives to help other community organizations. The Stocking Stuffer Drive will collect items for residents at the Elizabeth Care Center. The Block the Door Canned Food Drive will benefit The Hope Shop and our Communities in Schools food pantry. Students can bring in items for both collections all month! If you are joining us for an event over the next few weeks and would like to donate stocking stuffer items or canned goods, please drop them off by the giving tree in the commons area.
WCHS is excited to announce several activities throughout December to celebrate our students and encourage school and community citizenship. Scroll through the flyers to learn more. Our first event is TOMORROW. Wear green to celebrate Grinch Day!
Our Communities in Schools program needs to restock its food pantry at WCHS! All donations are appreciated but here are some recommendations: individual serving items, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, canned soups, and hamburger helper. Donations may be dropped off at the office or given to Mrs. Moore.
