Tiger Athletics Update: Wrestling: On 12/17 the Tiger Wrestling team travelled to Point Pleasant and participated in the Jason Eades Duals. The short handed Tigers finished in 14th Place. Boys Basketball: 12/13- The Tiger's travelled to Wood County Christian winning 61-15 12/16- The Tiger's defeated Parkersburg Catholic at home by a score of 76-25. - Braylan Dawson scoring 19, Connor Hoover 18, & Aiden Cheuvront 15. The past few weeks have been busy for Tiger Athletics. Over the next two days, members of our FFA chapter will be competing in Winter Career Development Events @ WVU! Along with competitions, they’ll be attending workshops and taking campus tours. On December 6th, our Senior Class President, Trinity Sears (pictured on the left) and Student Body President, Kayleigh Murray (pictured on the right), delivered a $250 donation from MetaNu. LLC to The Hope Shop. MetaNu is one of our educational partners through Project Aware that offers programs promoting a positive proactive approach to mental wellness and wellbeing. Thank you for giving back to our community and partnering with WCHS Student Council! Later this month, Student Council will be donating canned goods to the Hope Shop as part of the December community service activity.

Cheer Regional Information Saturday, November 4, 2022 at Parkersburg High School The performance order this year is AAA, AA, A. All fans must enter and exit through door #1 (FH6). The cost is $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for students. AAA Competition will begin at 10a.m. The doors will open at 9a.m. for the spectators. A Competition will begin at 2p.m. Projected time of doors opening will be 1p.m. AA Competition will begin at 6p.m. Projected time of doors opening will be 5p.m. The field house will be emptied between AAA, AA, and A. You must purchase a ticket to re-enter. Fans are to sit on the visitor’s side of the gym and are not permitted to save seats. Tickets will be sold at the door or you have the option to pre purchase tickets online. Online tickets will be on sale starting Wednesday November 2nd at 9am.
