Volunteer/Chaperone Forms should be submitted at least one month in advance of a planned event.
Reasons include:
Obtaining all necessary signatures
Completion of background check
Completion of Volunteer/Chaperone training
School Board Approval
We value our Volunteers and Chaperones but this process does take some time.
